How much will my project cost?

The cost of your project depends on a variety of factors, and finalizing your quote can take up to 7 days but are normally completed within 3 days. There are many factors that affect price, but there are a few that people sometimes don’t know about, and those are: Terrain, Distance from base, other work in the neighborhood (i.e. referrals through your area), amount of work, and season. Also, there could be additional expenses if your gate or fence is not big enough to accommodate our equipment. Although we cannot generally give instant pricing, we would like to make a few things very clear about pricing-

• Pricing is not negotiable-In today’s economy, margins are tighter than ever, and unfortunately, we cannot negotiate our pricing.

• Amount due on invoice is final, and must be paid in full generally within 30 days, or otherwise specified on your invoice.

• We always do 2 estimates before starting the work- First estimate is a rough in, generally within 20-30% of the second estimate. The second estimate is a final-this will be the same amount due on your invoice

• The discounts we do have are as follows: bulk discounts, existing customer discounts, cash discounts (E-Payment is NOT cash), and off season discounts

• Estimates and invoices are sent VIA yardbook through a (681) Number. This is an automated number and will state [ W.E.Fogleman Enterprises, LLC ]. If it does not say this, it’s not us.

• Currently payment methods are as follows: Cash or check (preferred), credit card, Venmo or paypal

• All other payment methods aside from Cash or check constitutes a 3% fee.

  
  

Do you have a crew or is it a single man show?

We base the number of staff required on a job based off of size, difficulty, timeline, price and a variety of other factors. We have several crews which specialize in different tasks, and this makes us very well equipped to handle a variety of challenging tasks. One of 3 people manage the crew and jobsite thoroughly and these are as follows:

Do you subcontract jobs out?

No, except sometimes tree work depending on size and conditions, but otherwise we do not.
